Christ is all Well, he’s everything to me Don’t you know that he’s all Y’just ‘ruse the land and see He’s all, he’s all, he’s all All and all this world to me
Weddings in the Bible were sometimes lavish, noisy and costly, with lots of gifts and plenty of eating and drinking. Some things don’t change. There is no actual description of a wedding in the Scripture. So, let’s look at a few mentioned. Jacobs wedding Genesis 27:46-29:28 tells the whole story of his search for a wife. Genesis 29:22 (hints a big wedding) And Laban gathered together all the men of the place, and made a feast. Judges 14Samson’s wedding 10-11 So his father went down unto the woman: and Samson made there a feast; for so used the young men to do. And it came to pass, when they saw him, that they brought thirty companions to be with him. Some other Scripture suggesting the grandeur of some weddings: Song of Solomon 3:11 Go forth, O ye daughters of Zion, and behold king Solomon with the crown wherewith his mother crowned him in the day of his espousals, and in the day of the gladness of his heart. Psalms 45:13-15The king’s daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold. She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee. With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king’s palace. Isaiah 61:10I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
Matthew 22:2-12 A parable describing a wedding. John 2 The wedding in Cana of Galilee appears to have been a large affair.
Yes, Some Weddings in the Scripture were lavish, noisy and costly as they are today. It’s a shame that so many today end in divorce.
May GOD’S richest blessings be yours as we take time to meditate in His Word. Think about how God has invaded history. The Holy Spirit has recorded Peter’s words to Israel concerning the life, death and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth. Acts 2:22-23 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: He quotes David, using him as an example to establish that Jesus is the Christ, that Jesus is LORD . Acts 2:36Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Jesus is the Christ, that Jesus is LORD. JESUS is indeed GOD IN FLESH.
Think of it – GOD became MAN and dwelt among us – God invaded History.
Had it ever happened before? Had God ever invaded life on this planet before? As any student of Scripture knows, the answer is YES.
Time prevents a real look into each event, but let us ponder a few …. The Garden of Eden … The flood when Noah, his wife, 3 sons and their wives were saved in the Ark The tower of Babble … Choosing of Abram (renaming him Abraham) …. The birth of Moses … Setting the Children of Israel free from Egypt … The list goes on …..
The question then arises, WILL GOD AGAIN INVAID HISTORY? The answer is YES … During the Translation of the Church (Rapture)… The returning of the LORD Jesus in all His glory, establishing His 1000 year reign on earth … But, right now, more important … God wants to invade your life … He wants to dwell in you, to be your God … 2 Corinthians 2:16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Family, Parents, Fathers Mothers, and children, all these words are under attack today. Not just the words but the very meaning of the words. Parents no longer mean a father (male) and a mother (female) who have given birth (or adopted) a child. Father no longer means the male partner in a family with children. Mother no longer refers to a female partner in a family with children. Mother is no longer a female who has given birth to a baby, she is now called a birthing parent. And men can also be called birthing Parent? Getting pregnant and giving birth? A child is no longer Boy (male) or Girl (female). When we remove God from everything, turn our backs on Him, this is the result. AS IN THE DAYS OF NOAH. See Noah.
But what does the Bible, God’s word have to say about these things? ⇛ Family Part 2 Parents -National Parents Day — July 24th ⇛ Family Part 3 Fathers -Father’s day – 3rd Sunday in June ⇛ Family Part 4 Mothers -Mother’s day – 2nd Sunday in May ⇛ Family Part 5 Children -Children’s day – 2nd Sunday in June. ⇛ Family Part 6 Family -International Day of Families — May 15th

Joseph responds to Jacob (Israel) Genesis 37:13And Israel said unto Joseph, Do not thy brethren feed the flock in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here am I. Jacob (Israel) responds to God Genesis 46:2 And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I. 1 Samuel 3:4-8 That the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I. And he ran unto Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I called not; lie down again. And he went and lay down. And the LORD called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again. Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him. And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child. Isaiah responds to God Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. Saul (Paul) answered the Lord Jesus Acts 9:6… Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? Ananias responds to God Acts 9:10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.
How will (do) you respond to what God wants you to do?
In the Bible the word temptation primarily denotes a trial in which man has a free choice of being faithful or unfaithful to God; only secondarily does it signify allurement or seduction to sin. Genesis 22:1 And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. Exodus 17:2 Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the LORD? Deuteronomy 6:16 Ye shall not tempt the LORD your God, as ye tempted him in Massah. Isaiah 7:12 But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD. Malachi 3:15 And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.
Matthew 4:7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. Matthew 22:18 But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites? Mark 12:15 Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it. Luke 4:12 And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. Luke 20:23 But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt ye me? Acts 5:9Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. Acts 15:10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? 1 Corinthians 7:5 Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency. 1 Corinthians 10:9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents. James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.
Ephesians 6:20For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
This is true of all those who accept the Death, Burial and Resurrection of the Lord Jesus, know Him to be God. At death, believers are acceptable in the heavenlies but we are left here on earth to be Ambassadors.
1. To share the Faith with our family, friends and even our foes.
2. To see others become believers.
3. To live a life that honors our God.
And we will be rewarded (1 Corinthians 3:11-16) for our efforts.
2 Corinthians 5:20Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
In his letters to the churches he addresses them as SAINTS.

Where did it come from? From Adam! Romans 5:14, 1 Timothy 2:13,14 And it’s passed on from Adam through the father. Everyone who is born of Adam has it inborn in them, the old sin nature. Now stop and think; there’s only one person born of a woman who hasn’t had the Old Sin Nature, and that’s the Lord Jesus Christ. The OSN is passed through the blood from the father. Jesus Christ, virgin born, also got his blood from HIS Father; God. How do we get rid of it? We don’t! We are born with it and we die with it. But God provides a way Romans 7:24-25O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin. Can we Control it? Let’s review: All of us have the OSN. It is not removed, eradicated or controlled by any operation including the new birth (salvation). One second after salvation, born into God’s family, you have the indwelling of the Holly Spirit, which you cannot feel or see but whose manifestations are there, and you still have OSN, which you cannot feel or see but the manifestations are there.
Here’s where the saved person loses out on his or her salvation. NOT loses his or her salvation, but the joy of it. Remember, Christ died to defeat Satan, to defeat his control over us through our OSN Ephesians 2:2Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:. As we yield to our OSN we live defeated lives, no better than the unsaved in this life. 1 Corinthians 3:11-15For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
