Three Days Part 2

Two other places in Scripture THREE DAYS and THREE NIGHTS are specially mentioned that appear to be 24 hour periods:

Esther 4:16 Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
1 Samuel 30:12 And they gave him (an Egyptian) a piece of a cake of figs, and two clusters of raisins: and when he had eaten, his spirit came again to him: for he had eaten no bread, nor drunk any water, three days and three nights.

Consider: Jesus crucified Wednesday and placed into the tomb before 6 PM.
Thursday, 6 pm – 6 am = 1 night & day. Friday, 6 pm – 6 am = 1 night & day (2nd N & D). Saturday, 6 pm – 6 am = 1 night & day (3rd N & D). He arose BEFORE 6 am, Sunday.

Matthew 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
Mark 16:2 And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.
Luke 24:1-2 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
John 20:1The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
