Habakkuk


A book of Prophecy in two parts:
a. Judgement – God is about to bring upon Judah thru the Chaldaeans and
b. The announcement of the ovethhrow of the Chaldaeans in Chapter 3, Habakkuk is allowed a vision of God and because of it, he accepts what God is going to do.

1:1 Habakkuk calls his writing a Burden … Because it announces HEAVY JUDGEMENTS upon Judah (A covenant Nation) and the Chaldaeans (an Imperial Nation)
