Tis the Season Part 2

DRING is responsible for more lost souls, more broken homes, murders, suicides, shame, misery … than any other product (drugs are coming on strong) on earth.
IT IS NOT A SICKNESS, IT IS SIN …… SIN SOLD IN A BOTTLE!
Galatians 6:7-8 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
Romans 13:12-13 Drunkenness is called the work of darkness and is to be cast off.
1 Corinthians 5:11 Warns the believer to separate himself from professing brothers who …
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Drunkards will not inherit the kingdom.
What am I suggesting …. TOTAL Abstinence! Don’t drink alcohol!
“But I won’t be part of the crowd”. Wouldn’t that be Great! You’d travel in a much nicer crowd.

Leviticus 10:9 Priests were NOT to drink
Numbers 6:3 Nazarites were not to drink
Proverbs 23:31 Wise men warned not to drink
Proverbs 31:4 Kings and princes warned not to drink
Jeremiah 35:6 Children of Rechab told not to drink
Daniel 1:8 Daniel chose not to defile himself with drink
Luke 1:15 John the Baptist didn’t defile himself with drink
Romans 14:21 Warns not to use meat or drink to be a stumbling block
WHAT Does drinking get you?
TIS THE SEASON TO BE JOLLY … Let it be from the Heart, not from the bottle.
Final thought:
Habakkuk 2:15 Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!

False Teachers Part 4

John tells what will happen to this false prophet:
Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

But until we go to be with the Lord, by death or Rapture we do need to be wary of FALSE Teacher, Prophets, and Brethren. These will deny the life, death, burial, resurrection and ascension of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. These prove that HE was/is God.
