The 12 Minor Prophets, also called “The Book of the Twelve” in the Hebrew Bible, are just as important as the Major Prophets. They are just shorter in length. They contain God’s word to the Jew about Judgement and Hope.

The 5 Books of the Pentateuch starts with Creation and going on through the Flood, then the restart of mankind to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the Exodus from Egypt. 40 years of time spent in the wilderness and giving of the Law.
Acts is the record of the radically changed “acts” or “actions” of the followers of the Lord Jesus Christ After the Resurrection and ASSENTION. Acts opens with the giving of the Holy Spirit and describes the missionary efforts of His followers to spread the Gospel message to Judea and Samaria. Then midway through Acts, After the call of Saul (who becomes Paul) the message changes. The apostle Paul is sent to JEW and GENTILE with the message of the Death, Burial and Resurrection for Salvation.
