Revelation 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
The Apostle Paul, writing to the believing Hebrews reminded them of saved:
Hebrews 5:7, 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
And as the apostle went to the gentiles he made much of being saved, becoming a new creature and obtaining eternal life. And it’s interesting to look at it letter by letter.
Romans 5:9-10, 8:24, 9:27, 10:1, 10:9, 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 11:14, 11:26,
1 Corinthians 1:18, 1:21, 3:15, 5:5, 9:22, 10:33, 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
2 Corinthians 2:15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
Ephesians 2:5 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
1 Thessalonians 2:16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
2 Thessalonians 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
1 Timothy 1:15, 2:4, 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
2 Timothy 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
It’s amazing that the term “Born Again” is only used three times in the scripture. But the need to be saved is stressed throughout the New Testament.
